One question I am always asked is ``whats the best supplement a boxer or mixed martial artist can take ?``

Its not all about ``a supplement``. You must remember that a supplement is to add to your food diet not to take instead of.
In my opinion one of the best supplements any athlete can take is ``Dessicated Liver``. ``100% Argantinian Beef Liver - Dessicated Liver``.
Unfortunately its not as common in the health food store as it once was.
There are a few things to watch out for if you do manage to get hold any...
- make sure it is dessicated beef liver and not brewers yeast
- that it does NOT have added artificial B12 and Iron
(B12 can knock out B6 and artifical Iron can poison you when taken in large quantities).
